A commercial property needed its foundation area cleared of tree stumps and vegetation before construction could move forward. We brought in a mini digger with a grab bucket to remove the debris and expose the ground.
The situation
The foundation area of the commercial building was obstructed by tree stumps and dense vegetation that had accumulated over time. The site required complete clearance to expose the underlying ground and create a clean workspace for the next phase of the project.
The nature of the work—removing established tree stumps and vegetation from a building foundation—meant we needed a machine that could handle the material effectively while working in and around the foundation perimeter. The grab bucket attachment proved ideal for grasping and lifting the debris without leaving fragments scattered across the site.
What we did
We deployed a mini digger fitted with a grab bucket to work through the foundation area systematically. The grab bucket allowed us to grasp tree stumps and vegetation, lift them clear, and remove the material from the site as we progressed.
The machine worked through the foundation area, uprooting stumps and clearing away the accumulated vegetation. As each section was cleared, the debris was lifted and removed, gradually exposing the ground beneath and opening up the foundation area for the work ahead.
The result
The foundation area was left clear of tree stumps and vegetation, with the ground fully exposed and ready for the next stage of the commercial project. The site was clean and prepared for whatever construction or development work was planned to follow.
The cleared foundation area provided a solid, unobstructed base for the team to continue their work without the interference of tree material or overgrowth. All debris had been removed from the property, leaving a tidy and functional site.
