Removing a concrete structure from a residential section means breaking it out and getting the debris cleared without disrupting the rest of the property. We brought in a mini digger to handle the demolition and site cleanup.

The situation
The site was a residential property with an overgrown area around the concrete structure. There were existing features on the property—a retaining wall and fencing—that were part of the site layout.
The mini digger was positioned to reach the structure and manage the demolition work while working around the other elements on the property.
What we did
We brought in a mini digger to break out the concrete structure. The machine demolished the concrete and loaded the debris as the work progressed.
Once the structure was broken up, we cleared the debris from the site. Timber and other materials were stockpiled separately, ready for removal. The digger handled both the demolition and the cleanup in one visit.

The result
The concrete structure was completely removed and the site was cleared of demolition debris. What remained was a cleared section ready for the next phase of the project—whether that’s landscaping, building, or another use.
